Elmer, bravo once again on your AMD stock strategy. Selling those calls must have earned you a mint during this whole time. I'm thinking of doing the same, especially since AMD guided flat sales revenue for Q1, despite a seasonally lower Q1, and even though they don't have any new products until March. Problem is, I only own enough for a small handful of contracts. Do you have any advice?

That’s right. I think they define “consumption” as the number of CPU units purchased by end users, irrespective of the distribution channel. End-user purchases from dealer inventory acquired in a previous reporting period wouldn’t add to AMD’s current-period sales.

Elmer, it looks like AMD is also claiming "record unit consumption of PC processors", whatever that means. Yet, if you look at their sales numbers for the CPU division, they are still down 40% from last year. How do you have record unit sales, higher ASPs, and less revenue? This stinks of bullsh!t
