I find this hard to believe, there were emails posted that had JC and Mike K in negotiation in June I believe. MS was not going anywhere they were taking the best deal for them.
But that email shows 2 things.
1. MS was still atleast acting interested in QASP
2. Jef wanted them for NHSH only.
IMO MS had NO plans of walking away from either company.

It walked COMPLETELY away QASP! so what good did Jeff do for me?
None. NADA! NOTHING. Biggest waste of oxygen on the planet (next to DB, of course.)
