Make a publicly owned facility look bad, make it look as it's losing money so then
it's easier to sell privatization to the uneducated public, is an old tool of the right.

The act would be better named the Privatize the Postal Service Act PPSA ..
the requirement to fully fund for 75 years is ridiculous and should be addressed.
