This is the mind bottling part if Jeff really was here to help why didnt he complete MS merger while CEO of Q? He bought a shell with someone elses money then moved MS into it again while acting or CEO of QASP at that time [my time may be off on this tho]
N paid no money to MS [that I saw in PR's]
They basically reversed merged them with shares,so why did he not do this here?
QASP had 1.7M vested into MS [that we are aware of],so one would think it would be easy to get MS back on board with Q when he was CEO.
