If they appoint a reputable auditor AND the auditor blesses their filings, I will buy, as I believe will many others.

Tax loss selling is likely to hit CSGH very hard.

Unfortunately, while I think there is an irrational distaste for many small cap stocks these days, the Chinese stocks' decline is quite rational, IMHO.
