As I have extensively posted about another stock (symbol EMLL) my research into this facility has allowed me to post several hundred posts on this facility and subject.

To be brief and to save you several hours of reading ,please note that several companies have competed for the use, ownership and joint venture partnership with this facility. Even the US Dept. of Energy own website mentions this facility as an important site for alternative energy research and activity.

As for EMLL interest, it goes back to May 2010 when EMLL entered into a deal with this site for future development of this facility for biofuels. EMLL could not come through as to financing and that deal ended last November 2010. Since then GMND has been in contact with the owners of this facility and subsequently entered into written agreement with them to jointly develop several projects, including but not limited to water frac technology, environmental studies, and other activities that will bring much financial benefit to GMND.

The tax records of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, reveal that EMLL does not own this facility nor has anything to do with it. The owners are the same as they were in April 2004 when they bought it. I have spoken to them and they have confirmed all the above.
