It's the creditors and bondholders who own a corporation, stock equity is largely owned for the prospect of a future dividend or buyout.

I once knew five people who agreed to each contribute $1000 to buy a piece of land. They trusted each other and wrote a simple agreement on one page and each retained a copy.

Then, one day the land told them that they did not own it. The land claimed that it owned itself.

The five people were puzzled.

They are still waiting for the land to decide what to do about itself.

Seeing the absurdity of this, I conclude that I am the owner of a portion of LBSR.

Together, we owners have complete control. We can fire and replace directors and all management.

Just my opinion. I have no need or intention to become involved in an OT discussion.
