None of us understand your point though is what we are trying to say Jamie. We all know that SHKZ has to use company stock to transact business at this time, it's just that none of us care at all. The reason is that the perceived equity coming in here from 3 R/M's far outweighs any possible dilution here. How else can we expain this to you?
a/s was raised for the acquisitions if i bought a solid shell like shkz with 200ma/s i would do the same it only makes business sense especially if your attempting to establish a holdings company
