Well if Shawn had read the last 10 Q he would know that the deal is off because it stated that the deal with Shogun was recinded in that 10Q.Shogun would have been a crappy deal because they have negative earnings.I believe that Loyd have bigger plans that they are looking at-they want stock holders with lots of mo mo not us.
