I have a few other investments in mining, and you are correct. 3 out of 4 are saying the same type of things. R/S, dumping stock, no cash, no permits. It seems like a common script.
It just proves you need to do your own research and buy or don't. You have to believe in the stock and really stick with it. Most don't happen overnight.

I'm still a believer in CGFIA. Just because the PPS us low doesn't mean we won't make a profit. It can be a bit difficult on the nerves, but that's what the Grog is for!
