How many times has CYGX put out PR's or comments that never went anywhere? Financing in 30 - 60 days; PP's human trials in India; lawsuit they filed against Waldroff/AVGI; Ides of March; product works better than a placebo; going to file for an IND as early as when...2003, or was it 2002? So if we get any news, we won't know for some time if it would ever come to be. We can always give them share options when they produce revenue for the company. They can call another shareholder meeting at any time. Why give them 18 million shares now? And as you stated, LW is getting 3 million shares in this giveaway and hasn't ever gotten them financing except selling shares at PPO's at very low prices.
Believe me, we don't want to sound like bashers; it only hurts our investment in the company, but these are facts as we see them.
