Well, I guess you could always try an untested, unapproved and indeed illegal drug like NatuRx or AquaLiv and hope it doesn't kill you, although from what I've seen of the pricing of the AquaLiv Water System (LOL) you would probably afford proper antiretrovirals more easily.
Although given that AQLV are manufacturing their water in facilities that are unexamined by FDA, to standards that have been neither validated nor approved, without a proper CMC dossier, your chances of getting an infection from contamination would be rather high. And if you were already immunocompromised due to HIV/AIDS or cancer, then that infection could easily kill you.
Also given that AQLV's CEO has already shown that he is suprememly unconcerned if his Kenyan guinea pigs die as long as he can shift a few shares on the back of his misleading PRs, I doubt the company would have your welfare at heart.
Therefore I have to say I wouldn't recommend taking AQLV's magic water drugs if you are genuinely ill.
