investors really use as a barometer
of a company's health. IMHO.

This is what was stated in the PR Progress Letter To Shareholders dated 10/20/2011. I don't know where any information from the company states November 1, 2011.

In the three quarters months of 2011, we recognize increasing revenues; we will be releasing our 3rd quarter financials soon.
