What you say is correct. However, Matin runs VLXC like it were his own private co. And, so far he is getting away with it.
This is the most likely motive for what has happened.

By the way, does anybody know who are on the BOD?

Since 12 months, we went from 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 O/S. I wonder how Matin did manage to keep full control of the company if he effectively did ???
