Cloak: It was mentioned on Bloomberg about 3 weeks ago that the date was changed to Dec 30th but it was never formalized by the company or for that matter Bloomberg. Carol Masser stated it, and that was the last said about it. I'm quite surprised that the delay doesn't fall into the 'material' category and would require communications to the investment community. That is the second or third delay, another 2 months.
I would think that the ITC would prefer not to rule on this. Give the parties a chance to settle/acquire or whatever and not have to rule. I smell politics behind this delay.
