#14294 RE: game7alcs #14293

They mentioned also that the TV/Radio stations were not performing as expected. They have turned into a "Capital Investment". Which, could be good for investors IF things turn around on that side of the business.

In the January Radio Interview Dan Green said:

Have Interest in 2-TV Stations and 2-Radio Stations and a 20,000 Sq. Ft. Studio all in Reno, NV these are all in the Profit Center NGenSolutions
One TV Station is an Affiliate of Azteca America Television and the other is an Affiliate of Mexicanal
Azteca is carried on the local cable system Charter Communications. The agreement with Charter is to Share Ad Revenue (for now.) Later they expect to receive "Carriage Fees" and a greater portion of the Ad Revenue.
Working to bring the Mexicanal channel to Charter
Both channels are in Reno, NV that has one of the highest Latino populations / demographic in the country with approximately 30% of the population
Green believes that they can get a total market share of 15% of the 500,000 people in the area. The #1 channel has a Market Share of 18%. That channel competes with 6 other English-speaking channels
We have 2 of the 3 Spanish-speaking channels and additionally one of our radio stations is a Latino radio station which helps promote our TV stations in cross-promotion
The 2nd ratio station is the only Jazz radio station in the area

So things seem to have taken a turn for the worse in that aspect of the business.

That deal not turning out so well is interesting because Dan and Tariq were "managers" prior to its sale to WENR Corp:

PURCHASE OF NGENSOLUTIONS LLC ASSETS
WENR a cqui r ed Ngens o l u t i o n s L L C o f R e n o , N e v a d a e f f e c t i v e S e p t e m b e r 1 , 2 0 1 0 .
Ngensolutions is a media company with interests in radio and television properties located in
Reno, Nevada. Ngensolutions is the licensee owner-operator of KRRI-LP Channel 25 and
KELM-LP Channel 43 TV stations. Ngensolutions also owns an interest in KXTO-AM 1550
Radio, which is broadcasting. Ngensolutions operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Ngensolutions was owned by two entities managed by Dan Green, president of WENR and Tariq
Ahmad, president of Satview, respectively. The assets of Ngensolutions were purchased by the
Company for $400,000. A promissory note bearing 8% interest is held jointly by Entrada
Enterprises LLC and JMD Resources Inc., payable on demand. Additionally both Green and
Ahmad received options for shares of 2,000,000 shares each with an option price of $0.05

Not saying anything done wrong but the fact that Dan and Tariq were involved with that side of the business and then sold it to WENR and now it is a non-performing asset, aka "Capital Investment" leaves some room to wonder why.
