It has all been a load of crap. All those bogus 5% divy/FS are a game to con folks. NO LEGITIMATE company would waste their time and money doing completely pointless, expensive and time consuming corporate actions like that. It is a pure and simple con job. A real company would have used the money to create shareholder value.
