They did make it clear...
They are growing the business with the intent on increasing revenue and profitability. The idea of selling, unless someone brings something to the table, is not on the agenda. While it is always a possibility, it is not the primary objective.
I think there is a problem with expectations here. We all should remember that this company was just entering into the contractual agreement for Baja at this time last year. As of the end of 2010, we basically had NO revenue let alone profits.
Dan summed it up when he said it takes about 6 months to get the deals done once you start and another 6-9 months to integrate everything into the existing system. Fortunately, the groundwork is done and any new acquisitions will be seamlessly integrated. Tariq already mentioned $40K per month in savings if/when the new system is taken over by Satview. Whatever that present system is netting, add half a million a year to the bottom line.
I think people are so conditioned to buy the sizzle, that when a nice fat steak is in front of them, they completely overlook it.
