Timing for entry is always an issue. One can never truely predict "THE" bottom or "THE top, but sometimes a person gets lucky and hits it by accident.

What I've found to be best is to slowly acumulate when these dip. Keeps your average down and gets some shares in your account in case good news hits.

It also changes the way the rest of the investment community looks at the individual. And yes that does matter! A person who comes onto a board who holds ZERO shares and rants that the PPS is too high, it needs to correct, blah blah blah because if it doesn't they won't buy is not looked at very well. This is a small community where people discuss others and determine if they can be trusted.

That same person who says "YAY I SCORED SOME OF THE .004s TODAY" is looked at TOTALLY different! They are a benefit to the board, their suggestions have merit, and they're generally listened to.

So I guess what my point is, do what you feel necessary, but remember that it all reflects back on you. Hope you get in before we get the news we're waiting for!
