lONGVPER, ps is "Pink Sheet" stocks. And being upgraded to limited is being they released their financials, but need to release more information to get the limited off.
If I am wrong Sagan, please correct me.

Pinksheets. Go to their website and you will see certain levels of disclosure. VPER used to be "No info" with a stop sign now they are "limited" info with a yield sign. It is a step up, albeit a small one, to a more legitimate standing.

As for limited, they do state there is limited information on vper. LOL

Of course it seems to be getting better. A little like O'bummer saying he would have a transparent admin.
