CNUV has to be very careful how they inititiate this. No deals with broker/dealers behind closed doors that screw shareholders is very important. Else we won't even be able to enjoy a mini-moass.
CNUV is on the REG SHO list, that tells us naked shorting is evident. Broker/dealers are doing everything possible to shake shareholders of their shares right now. NITE seems to have the biggest trouble here finding REAL paper. That doesn't surprise me at all.
If we run, we could run hard... as long as shareholders hang on to their REAL shares, they could basically get a pps that even out does the company's true market value. That's what I'm counting on, but it's anyones guess where we could end up at.
