DID THE SEC TELL YOU THEY DO HAVE A CASE AGAINST JANES? DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?

I dont know of anyone that has made contact with the SEC and the last I heard from postings on this board, nothing was going on with the SEC.

So... if the SEC has not stated that that "do not have a case against someone" that proves that they do have a case?
