Actually, yes, it is unreasonable. You were also told months ago that they were breeding up to commercially viable production levels. How many generations of breeding would it take to reach commercially viable production levels? How many months does it take for the silk worm to complete its life cycle? When you have performed your own research and can answer these "simple brained" (your description, not mine) questions I will entertain discussing with you why your expectations are unreasonable.
