They announced they have service contracts. The headers have the sectors they claim to have business in. They even post pictures which one would believe are of jobs they've done or are involved in.

This takeover of ANSH didn't just happen overnight. Spinelli had plenty of time to put up a website with the information an investor would require to make an informed decision whether to invest in the company.
