MM... First the PI, then one can ask possible scenarios... No disrespect intended... But it makes little sense to look too far ahead... Got to get on base before you can score a run.

Considering the time of year, I would suggest we ask Reggie's opinion on this :-)

Seriously though, much of what we do is evaluate conditional situations. Should we wait until a drug is approved to debate its commercial value?

I am in the long term camp, so for me I can just wait. Not worth the effort to worry about it when we have a decision shortly. But some trade, and trading a judicial decision is just as rational as trading an FDA action.
