There is certainly no "global lock" on OPMG as you have stated. We are under a "trade for trade settlement" order only, have been for a couple of weeks now if I recall correctly. Totally different from a "global lock".

OPMG is still eligible to be traded, as you can see by today's action. The DTCC
simply put a lock on flipping/trading the same day.
