Mug....yes, the current holding are a pittance (sp). They have, however, held millions of shares but sold off in the latter part of 04. Seems they (smart money) knew awards in rd I wouldn't go thru and knew awards in round II would be delayed.
If all is what it seems (our recent wins).....the same smart money will buying up shares IMHO. For the longest time I-watch has showed zero institutional interest, until recently.
You are correct though....most can't buy until we're into the dollars. Some can't buy until after we hit $5. That'll come IMHO.
