BIPH/BSX deal. techisbest, that's the way I am reading MW too, especially with all the recent webcast statements regarding the deal with BSX taken together.
I have been pretty confident that the deal was essentially done when the 10QSB came out with this statement:
"The Company anticipates closure of the transaction with Boston Scientific to occur in June 2005, prior to the expiration of the first right of negotiation."
MW and company did not make that kind of statement in the 10QSB filed with the SEC(and that carries weight), without knowing the shareholders expectations that would follow. They knew the deal was in the bag then, and was so bold as to show their hand.
GL techisbest, I will not be surprised by a BSX related news release tomorrow.
