Yes they can. But that is not the only way for them to make money here if they are smart and they are.
There is a lot of people here that claim pump and dump. That requires they dump. But the complaints never change.

How many time is this company going to sell the same 6 million shares? Kim is not using the CSC funding to the extreme that would allow the selling everyone claims CSC is doing. Also CSC never changes their disclaimer. If they sold 3 million the disclaimer would be changed. So either they are selling their 6 million shares and causing a down trend and buying them back at the low or they are not selling at all.
