I got confused for a second, but did you say we are now in Q2?
Q3 of next year is July - Sept, SEC filing due by Nov 15, 2012, over a year away. I'm confused. What's in Jan-Mar? They have fiscal quarters coinciding with fiscal years?

That's this spring,(Jan-Mar.) since they are already in 2Q this month.
