I will agree with your comments. Some time ago I stated that as time went on without anything that there would be those that bail and there have been causing a price decline.
If they truly believe that they are going to complete the merger, one must suspect that they too are frustrated knowing that they can't really say much if anything at all. The waiting is indeed tough.
I'm not a lawyer but I would think that it would be legal to state that they are continuing their efforts towards the merger just as a bone to keep stock owners around.
How many millions of shares went out around .70 - .77 some time ago?? And weren't they insiders? I can't remember the post exactly but it seems that whoever they were, they can't be happy about the current situation either.
