They had a deal with 2010 World Cup to be the exclusive merchandise distributor. I am pretty sure that I remember reading somewhere that things fell apart when that volcano erupted in Iceland...or Greenland..or wherever. The volcanic ash grounded many flights and ..yada yada yada. Ultimately, TLAG couldn't fulfill their agreement bc of this so they had to give up the rights.

Btw, welcome to the board! I hope TLAG makes ya some nice $$$!!
The mod Blackops used to be in this one pretty heavy and he did a really good job at keeping things updated and bolstering investor interests. But company selling drove the pps down to where it is now and he cut his losses and bailed. I'm here for more of the longer haul. I bought in at first @ .0005 and have been averaging down. I'm looking to clear some funds from another position and I'll be adding another 7-8M to my stock pile of TLAG shares.
Blackops did point out the large accumulation of convertible debt that company has right now. The conversion of that debt has ultimately drove the pps down. No one knows how much is left for the company to clear, or how much they will continue to sell (if any more at all). As soon as they do, and they PR the release of the Skechers Time Instruments we'll be sitting with a nice amt of shares at the bottom of the bottom price!
