This is the exact reason they took us to the pink sheets. As far as I know, the SEC does not regulate the activities of pink sheet companies. If shareholders ever decide to pursue action against management, it would have to be by way of a class action suit. The actions of management are well-documented and corruption could probably be proven, but the SEC wouldn't waste their time with something like this, unless I'm mistaken? I'm sure others know much more about this than me.
