Shorty was most likely betting on dilution post-split. Didn't happen.

Will the company dilute post-Valuation? The question is, "will the need to"? If the entity they are RM'ing with is generating cash-flow, there will be little to no need to dilute. Restricted shares will be issued to the owners and note holders of the entity they are reversing with. None of those shares will hit the market anytime soon.

Wouldn't want to be hedging against the PPS. This will be at or above $5 soon enough.
