If you have a minute, I'd like for you to do the same DD on Alltel Wireless, circa 2008. Similar court filings, similar horrible debt story. Then bought by Verizon Wireless, including the bad debt, and not such a bad picture now, is it?

Companies spend time in court. People are sue happy as hell these days. And large debt numbers are a part of most companies. If you're going to post the horrible stories, then at least compare apples to apples.

IMHO, PDOS is in no worse or better shape than the majority of companies in operation today. They'll survive. And if you want to find nothing but peachy news, no debt, no court records, then invest your money in .... well, I'm not sure where you'll find that, but I guarantee the PPS will be $XX to $XXX and you'll see that % increases in PPS are minimal.

Penny stocks are a gamble that can have huge rewards, or huge pitfalls. If you get all rattled by reading into everything, you're in the wrong market.

Just my .02 ..... Go PDOS !! Make some deals and keep rubbing elbows with the right folks in Hollywood!!
