According to what I learned on the DIMEQ board the Litigation Awards will be received by JPM/WAMU BANK - and which 85 % of the awards - after expenses - rightfully and contractually belongs to the LTW Holders.


JPM should at least contribute the $ 337 M owed the LTW Holders back to the Estate since it is not fair the PIERS may have to pay this $ amount.


WEIL is also managing the Lehman Bankruptcy and they can be quite unyielding.
