Manipulation? Hard to say. The bids were there for the mm to take it down. A little EOD selling pressure and poof, we're there.

One also has to consider that just possibly, someone wanting to accumalate more shares at a lower price saw L2 and decided to cut a few loose in hopes of creating a market at a lower price. (perhaps one of our doomsayers to fulfill a prophecy:)

Don't forget someone might have called their broker and said dump some at market. It happens.
