It is normal that stocks slowly retreat in the absence of news or rumors of positive things to come. In the case of JBII there has been some negative news about a possible class action and a Well's notice. The bashers have made the most of these even if they fundamentally have little material significance. The market has expected positive news for some time. It has not come. These facts at least partly explain why the stock price has fallen sharply over a period of time.
The way I see there has really not been any justification for any fall in the stock price at all. As you notice the trend seems to have turned even if there has been no important material news so far. Such news could come any day and is at least extremely likely before the end of the year. Depending on the nature of the news the stock price could go sharply higher. I predict that the stock price will be sharply higher before the end of the year. Time will show if my prediction materializes.
