There is no doubt in the world that if the case goes to a final decision and MNTA wins then it is huge.

So huge is why DD says a settlement is obvious.

If MNTA lands the preliminary injunction, doesn't this increase the odds that they would ultimately win a permanent injunction? (I realize the odds may still be low, but I would still assume there would be some magnitude of increase in their odds.) If so, and given the hit their economics on mL will take upon any kind of settlement anyways and given the fact that MNTA still has the prospect of mC and the entire FoB platform to come, I hope they will roll the dice and go for the permanent injunction as opposed to settling.
