To change the state of incorporation of the Company from the State of Delaware to the State of Nevada by merging the Company into GlyEco, Inc., a newly formed Nevada company and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “ Reincorporation ”).

That has nothing to do with RM into another company at all.
