I doubt it a lot. If you tried to sell into that bid, you would move it.

You can't trade these unless there is enough volume that your trades become "invisible" to the market. And there has to be a lot of volume to be able to trade $2 or $3,000 for a quick 5, 10, 20% flip without the market noticing it. Q did it for a while, but NHSH just isn't there yet, and is a looong way from it.
