Just goes to show you that MOST people do NOT know how to interpret the SEC filings. Management is doing no such thing.

are they doing this because there are no shares left to place in the escrow account? if we were fully diluted seems like the only quick solution to me

There are very positive developments unfolding, it appears and that's that the Caldwell estate and the ACTC ceo and board are 'giving up/loaning' shares for for an escrow acct., apparently to meet the Alpha case judgement.

Does anyone have any proof that this is happening?
