Looks good to me. They need a company to represent them to possible investors and the public. More professional, and they may land some additional venture capital. Not big news, but good none the less.
This certainly is not a good thing and the restricted stock price is a ridiculous slap in the face for all us stock holders. This also may be in connection with David himself? Possibly a friend and a way to rip the share holds off by spending money with his own associated company?? Perhaps???
