Where they gonna store drums? I don't know next to the drums of fuel....how should I know I was just using it as an example... relax. Ok lets substitute army for navy and military bases for ships. My point was being able to supply large quantities of products on demand when we have more then one big player.

I know a few people in the military and all of them are familiar with a mop and a bucket. Dump concentrate, add water and get cleaning. I think 1000+ is the least wasteful most efficient way to get cleaning. By the way how are drums not logical? The guy I know in the Navy said most of the time they are cleaning when not performing another function.
