Ask yourself this, what new and/or big investors would buy DTRO especially after having a R/S ?
The only ones buying now are current shareholders averaging down and insiders trying to give the look of movement in upward direction to entice buying.
When you see large blocks of buys for no apparent reasons then you'll know that news is being released.
