The "happy" campers were good for the company as they bought the shares in March/April at .60- .80

Now they are unhappy campers and will dump shares in December.

Company doesn't care any more...

Just good for those with December Cash... to buy the dumps and wait a few months until Latimer gets ready to dump the company?
