The suit will force immediate changes in the way Intel does business with its customers. Just by filing it, they've given every customer a huge axe to hold over Intel's neck when negotiating time comes around. Any threats can be handed to the court.

Intel is probably having a panicky internal CC right now over its new rules of doing business.
