Had i known LLEG would negotiate so little for so much work

It has nuttin to do with heavy lifting of the bureaucratic politics. It's simple math. Cost of project $278M. Why should a $5M investment in a building, and an old broiler entitle one to 37%? That's 1.8% of the total project cost. It's Cate who has done the heavy (financial) lifting for the project cost. What LLEG provided was the Project Management, and Cate paid them the going rate for those services.

The unfortunate part is LLEG got away with presenting themselves as a green energy producing company, instead of telling investors they were really a Project Management firm.
