Sorry, but most of you don't know much about the practice of this company and it's burglers!!!

I#m a shareholder in this company for a long time. At the beginning there were only a few shares outstanding in the market, which you could buy for a very cheap price. The marked cap was very low. But they told about the very exciting X-Gen, and about the patend for the folding key-board.

But then they made a R/S, but only for the common stock. The (Al and Bo) have further sort of shares (Class "A, "B", "C" and "D"), which can be changed into common stock, but with 1:10.000 for example. These Class-shares will be not splitted, so that all old share-holders will have no value later.

You'll see. I put much mony into that & now it is Al's car. Protect him because I'l come soon to the US and he will feel like I felt in the past.........

But that means they have to comply with all of the regulatory requirements which does come at a cost.
