according to my understanding is that we are awaiting on the official form of acceptance for ordering. Not that we will have the order. as per blog:

ANSWER
October 1st. It appears from correspondence received today, that the decision has been made and that it is what we have been waiting for. We are awaiting a specific form of official notice, prior to treating the GSA approval as a completed process. Only when we have that very specific formal notice in hand, do we have the basis to make a formal announcement.
